OWL RESEARCH follows not only applicable law but also the rules of integrity and ethics. These principles are binding for our team, partners and subcontractors on every project.
Legislation
We operate within the legal field of Ukraine and the countries where our clients are present: personal data protection, intellectual property, anti-corruption law and open-data usage rules. We use only lawful information-collection methods.
Integrity and ethics
OSINT principle: only open and legally obtained sources. No data fabrication — every conclusion has a trail of evidence. We disclose conflicts of interest and do not sell “desired” results: conclusions rely on facts.
Confidentiality
We protect client data and honour NDAs: we do not disclose the fact of the research or its results without the customer's consent. Company names appear in the client list and on the map only with confirmed permission.
